Probably you have noticed that there are people who eat a lot but don’t get fat and others who in spite of eating less get fat easily. This owes that METABOLISM is different in each organism.
The metabolism is a chemical process that becomes everything we eat in energy. But sometimes is affected by poor feeding and a sedentary life. Generally people who do exercises and have good feeding are thin. On the other hand people who eat more than his metabolism process gets fat.
Carbohydrates diet
There are different types of diets to lose weight; in a short period of time which are easier promoted and are taking greater acceptance are diets low in carbohydrates and high in proteins. However, it seems not be very effective a long period of time.
Besides this type of diet can’t be keeping in time because they restrict the consumption of dairy products and its derivatives, juices, juices, vegetables and entire grains which could cause serious health deficiency because they are not consuming vitamins and minerals. This type of diet could damage cardiovascular system and the kidneys seriously to be consuming a large amount of proteins for a long period of time.
People that suffer of kidney damage, diabetes, hepatic disease, pregnant and breastfeeding women don’t should follow by any reason this type of diet. All doubts that you have must consulted a professional.
In conclusion, the carbohydrates diet is not advisable for health because its contraindications can cause serious health damage.
